Today I am showing you how to make a savory and a sweet butter board.
First, we're going to take a high quality butter at room temperature and spread it out on our board.
I'm feeling a little creative today, so I'm going to make three little butter daisies.
Next, let's add our herbs and spices to give it a wonderful flavor.
I'm using za'atar, a really flavorful Mediterranean spice, along with dill and capers and sea salt with dried flowers.
For the sweet butter board, I'm adding three different jams to the center, raspberry, strawberry, and apricot.
These spices and jams compliment the butter and are perfect with all types of bread, especially these little corn muffins I've made.
